- Billing information: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
- Content: files and form fields you or your visitors upload through your upload links.
- Usage data: log data, IP address, approximate location, browser type, device information, and pages visited.
- Cookies and similar technologies: used to keep you signed in and remember preferences.
2. How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the service.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.

FileUpload is operated from and stores data in the United States. If you access the service from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the U.S.

FileUpload is not intended for individuals under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
